Pricing

Fixed scope, a one-time build, then a monthly fee to run it. Priced on the system and its upkeep, never on hours. All prices in USD.

Packages

Taking clients now: Launch and Core, on licenses you hold, with us running them. Growth and Full open next, once our first clients have run them. Each package includes a set number of sellers; each extra seller is $85 a month on your own licenses ($125 when we supply them), so the fee grows only when your team does.

What the monthly fee covers

  • Run. Daily and weekly scheduled agents, monitored, with failures fixed the same business day. Data refresh and email verification within package limits
  • Improve. A Friday learning loop, playbook and message updates, a monthly results report against your day-0 baseline, a quarterly business review
  • Small changes. A set number each month by package (1, 2 or 3), each about an hour of work. No rollover
  • Protect. Deliverability, a monthly placement test, reconnecting tools, new reps and permissions, license renewals and a quarterly stack review
  • Support. Replies within one business day; same day for anything that stops sending

Triggers

Core and up include 5–8 buying triggers agreed with you. Some come from the standard library, like hiring, funding and new leaders. Others are built for your market, such as newly served addresses for a fiber provider. A custom trigger that needs a new data source is $500–1,500 to build.

Launch is fixed scope: up to 3 standard triggers, no migration and no custom work. A Launch client who needs custom work moves to Core.

Your day-0 baseline

Before go-live we record meetings booked per month, reply rate, share of deals with a next step, and hours your sellers spend on lists and research. Every monthly report compares against it.

The guarantee

If the system isn't live and producing signal-led outreach within 30 days of you granting full tool access, the next month is free. The clock pauses for delays on your side or vendor outages. It covers what we control, which is delivery, not your close rate.

Pricing questions

Why do you publish prices?

Because buyers, and the AI assistants they ask, use prices to decide who's worth a call. These are starting prices. The full package for your team is set on a call, after we understand your sellers, tools and market.

What does the diagnostic include?

A funnel review, an audit of the tools you already pay for, a GTM readiness score and a written plan. It costs $1,500–2,500 and is fully credited to your build if you go ahead within 30 days.

Is there a minimum term?

The initial term is six months. At the end of it you can renew for 12 months with a price lock, or 24 months with a bigger one. Without a renewal, it runs month to month at list price, with 60 days' notice either way. For clients on annual terms, price changes are capped at 5% a year.

What isn't included in the monthly fee?

New modules, new integrations, new data sources, migrations after go-live and one-off projects such as a territory rebuild. Each is quoted as a change order before any work starts.

What counts as a small change?

Something that takes about an hour or less and needs no new data source or tool: swapping a trigger from our standard library, rewriting a sequence, adding a report view. Core includes one a month, Growth two, Full three. Unused changes don't roll over. Anything bigger is quoted as a change order before work starts, so you always know the cost first.

Do you give discounts?

Only in exchange for something: a case study, annual prepay or a referral. Core packages never go below $2,500 a month. Launch is already fixed scope, so it isn't customized.

What other licenses will we need?

Three kinds. Claude seats for the people who use the system, which are your own licenses from Anthropic. And CRM seats: HubSpot's free CRM covers two users, so larger teams need a paid seat each. On managed pricing, the per-seller fee covers CRM seats; if you hold your own licenses, you pay HubSpot directly. And a business phone line for each seller that logs calls and texts to HubSpot: your own phone system if it syncs, otherwise Quo Business at about $23 per user a month. All three are in the stack audit, so you know the full cost before you sign.

What does the guarantee cover?

If the system isn't live within 30 days, the next month is free. Live means every seller gets a daily queue of signalled accounts with verified contacts, and at least one approved, signal-led sequence is sending. The 30 days start once we have access to your tools, and pause for delays on your side over two business days or vendor outages over 24 hours. It covers delivery, which we control. It doesn't promise a close rate, which depends on your team and market.
